Marge's final home was under the expert care of the folks at St Camillus. She did her best in word & by example to instill in her children to be the hands & feet of Christ in service to others. In spite of being very shy, Marge was usually the first to welcome new neighbors with a smile and plate of cookies. She found her passion in The Legion of Mary where she spent countless hours bringing companionship to home bound Parish members. Marge volunteered to work in the school library and cleaned the alter linens. They sent their children to school there. When Jerry's job gave them the chance to move home, they bought their Morse family home on 85th & Hadley and joined Christ King Parish. Having completed their service, they found their way to Dundee, IL where daughters Kathleen and Susan & their son William were born. Their two eldest sons, Patrick & Michael were born on base. Once married, they moved to San Antonio, TX where Jerry taught medics in the army at Fort Sam Houston. Jerry used to tell the kids that Marge was the model for Miller's girl in the moon.
